Oh man did i get a lot of great feedback on that great
tasting turkey burger. And if you haven’t tried it yet
break out that grill and get busy.
Well one of mine and Randy’s favorite side dishes is
mashed potatoes. Well Randy is one who uses his
special ketogenic diet a lot, especially when he wants
to drop fat fast. So potatoes are off the list of foods
we can eat. So there goes our mashed potatoes.

Well I have a recipe for “mashed potatoes” for those
of us who are watching calories and/or watching
carbs. It is really delicious and you have to try it.

Mashed Cauliflower.

Cauliflower- steam or microwave till tender (don’t boil for this)
Mash or food processor with 1 tbsp butter, 4oz cream cheese,
till fluffy like mashed potatoes- serve as is or add turkey
bacon bits and onion powder.

You can place in oven safe dish, cover with cheese and bake
at 350 for 20 min or so for twice baked “Fuax -Tatoes”

If you do a good job on the mash no one will know the difference!
This re-heats for left overs better than potatoes which is a bonus.

you did as they are great. And low in calories and carbs.
